Faisal Azhari is an emerging artist based in Jogja who began his practice experimenting with digital tools. As he moved on to create with different mediums, he has since shifted his focus on canvas works that use colour to tap into our consciousness. His abstract approach captures the rapid development of technology and communication trends, which can be seen through pigments that appear to collide with one another – mirroring the obscureness of the media world.
